The Management Board of KRUK S.A. (the “Company”) with reference to the reports dated December 30th 2024, and December 31st 2024, informs that on January 27th 2025 it received from Shareholder Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (Shareholder), represented by Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., a submission of the candidacy of Ms Dominika Bettman as an independent member of the Company's Supervisory Board.
