Lamor Corporation Plc (“Lamor”) has completed the change negotiations initiated in Finland on 3 March 2026. The negotiations concerned approximately 50 employees. As a result of the process, up to 15 positions in Finland will be reduced, and the company may implement temporary layoffs of up to 90 days.

The change negotiations were related to Lamor’s measures to streamline its global operating model, enable flexible scaling of operations and cost structure in a changing business environment, and strengthen the company’s competitiveness and profitability. Where possible, the reductions will also be carried out through natural attrition and role rearrangements.

The changes are expected to be implemented by the end of the year.
