Changes in Lamor’s Group Leadership Team: Kim Stenman appointed CFO
Kim (Nalle) Stenman (M.Sc. Econ.) has been appointed Lamor’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a member of the Group Leadership Team. He will assume his role as of 9 June 2025. The current CFO and Group Leadership Team member Mikko Forsell has decided to step down to pursue new opportunities outside the company. Forsell will remain at Lamor in an advisory role through the second quarter reporting period and ensure a smooth transition.
Stenman has over 20 years of experience in executive roles within international business environments, including serving as CFO of a publicly listed company. He has served as CFO in several companies such as Marinetek Group, Savosolar, and Boskalis Terramare, as well as in leadership roles in building the Asian operations of what is now the Valmet Group. His career has focused on strategic financial leadership and the development of international operations.
“I am very pleased to welcome Nalle to our company and leadership team. He brings an exceptionally broad and international experience in financial management, along with a strong track record of supporting strategic transformations and profitable growth in equipment sales and services as well as project business. I look forward to working together and to his contributions within our leadership team”, says Lamor CEO Johan Grön.
“I’m excited to be joining Lamor – a company with a unique offering and a consistent commitment to building a more sustainable world together with its customers," says incoming CFO Stenman.
“I would like to warmly thank Mikko for his valuable contribution at Lamor. He has supported our company in implementing the new strategy and has taken a significant part in continuing to develop our financial steering. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors,” says Grön.
