Daniel Lifveredson is leaving LIDDS’ Board of Directors

UPPSALA, SWEDEN – LIDDS announces today that Daniel Lifveredson has informed the company that he is leaving the board at his own request. The decision is based on disagreement about the company's strategic direction.

The company's board therefore consists of Pontus Ottosson (chairman), David Bejker and Johan Lund. According to LIDDS' articles of association, the board must consist of a minimum of three and a maximum of ten members, and the board thus fulfills the requirements of the articles of association also after Daniel Lifveredson's resignation.

LIDDS is a Swedish drug delivery company based on the proprietary technology NanoZolid®. With NanoZolid®, LIDDS can formulate drugs for local/intratumoral administration, with a maintained and controlled release for up to six months.
