Logistea announces the result of the voluntary tender offer of its outstanding senior unsecured green bonds
Logistea AB (publ) (“Logistea” or the “Company”) announces the results of the tender offer (the “Tender Offer”) to the holders of Logistea’s outstanding senior unsecured green bonds with ISIN SE0016831010 maturing in October 2024 and with an outstanding amount of SEK 500m* (the “Bonds”). The Tender Offer expired at 12:00 CEST on 2 October 2023. The Tender Offer has been accepted by holders of Bonds representing a total nominal amount of SEK 303.75m
*A total of SEK 116m has been repurchased by Logistea before the announcement of the Tender Offer
Logistea will complete the Tender Offer and accepts all tendered Bonds for purchase. Based on today's interest rate, the Tender Offer contributes to a reduced total annual interest cost of approximately SEK 28m. The Company will, after completing the tender offer, have outstanding bonds (not held by the Company) amounting to SEK 80m.
The price for the Bonds in the Tender Offer amounts to 101.00 percent of the nominal amount. Accrued and unpaid interest on the Bonds will be paid by the Company until the settlement date according to the Tender Information Document. Settlement of the Tender Offer is expected to occur at or around 5 October 2023.
