Logistea extends its property portfolio and has today closed the transaction of the property Vattnet 1 in Borås from Holdingaktiebolaget Knut Hansson. The property was finalised during the autumn of 2024 and the property has a total lettable area of approximately 2,175 sq.m. The tenant is Samhall AB who leases all areas within the property through a lease agreement with lease term until 2030-12-31 and will gain access to the premises on 1 January 2025. The annual rental income amounts to approximately SEK 4.0 million (excluding rent supplements).

In connection with closing, Logistea carried out a directed share issue to the seller of 1,230,972 class B-shares in Logistea at a subscription price of SEK 15.50 per share, corresponding to in total approximately MSEK 19. The subscription price is based on the volume-weighted average share price of the last ten trading days, with a cap of SEK 15.50. The issue of Logistea shares takes place based on the authorization received at the extraordinary general meeting of Logistea on 9 July 2024.

The acquisition is financed through the above directed share issue as well as loans and own funds.

The number of Logistea shares before the transaction amounts to 33,351,438 A-shares and 439,977,486 B-shares respectively, and the number of shares after the completed transaction amounts to 33,351,438 A-shares and 441,208,458 B-shares respectively.
