Logistea AB (publ) wishes to remind its shareholders that, in accordance with the company’s Articles of Association, shareholders have the opportunity to request the conversion of Class A shares into Class B shares during February and August each year. Requests for conversion must be made in writing to the Board of Directors of Logistea AB using the form named “Application for Conversion of Class A Shares to Class B Shares in Logistea AB”, which is attached to this press release and available on Logistea’s website: https://logistea.se/en/investors/conversion-of-shares/. The signed form shall be submitted to Logistea AB, c/o Mangold Fondkommission AB, to the address specified in the application form, no later than the last day of August or February each year.

For holders of Norwegian depositary receipts registered with the Norwegian Central Securities Depository (VPS), who are not registered with Euroclear Sweden AB and wish to convert Class A shares into Class B shares, please contact Michela Westin (michela.westin@logistea.se) or Tobias Lövstedt (tobias.lovstedt@logistea.se).

The Board of Directors will process all conversion requests in accordance with the company’s Articles of Association.
