Logistea AB (publ) announces today that the board member Erik Dansbo, at his own request, with reference to other commitments and that Slättö has divested all shares in Logistea, is resigning as board member in Logistea as of today’s date. Erik Dansbo has been part of Logisteas board since the extraordinary general meeting in July 2023.
“We (Slättö) have successfully carried out our business plan and have supported Logistea in its transformation from a Swedish company with a market cap of SEK 1.5 billion into a Nordic company with a market cap of almost SEK 8 billion, with several institutional investors as shareholders. We (Slättö) leave behind a company that is both operationally and financially robust, with a competent management team and strong future prospects. After the sale of the shares in Logistea it is now natural that I resign as board member in Logistea”, said Erik Dansbo
After Erik Dansbo’s resignation, the Logistea’s board of directors will consist of six members, which fulfils the requirements of the articles of association. The board has continuously capacity for adoption of decisions.
