BFS Invest AS, a company controlled by Ståle Flataker,Board Member in Lokotech Group AS, has today subscribed for 1,175,050 new shares in Lokotech Group AS by exercising warrants.
To partially finance the subscription, BFS Invest AS has sold 750,000 shares in Lokotech Group AS in the market at an average price of NOK 0.768 per share.
Following the transaction and delivery of shares from exercising warrants, Ståle Flataker, together with closely associated persons, directly and indirectly holds a total of 10,965,367 shares in Lokotech Group AS.
Infigent AS, a holding company controlled by primary insider and CEO, Ola Stene-Johansen, has sold 950,000 shares in Lokotech Group AS at an average price of NOK 0.7673 per share. The transaction was carried out today as a CARE-order, with no regards to price or volume. The proceeds from the transaction is fully utilized to finance Infigent AS’ exercise of 1,183,317 warrants, with reference to stock exchange notice dated 09.04.2026
Following the transaction and following delivery of shares from exercising warrants, Ola Stene-Johansen, CEO of Lokotech Group AS, together with related parties, directly and indirectly holds a total of 23,817,604 shares, a net increase in number of shares of 233,317.
Wiktor Miesok, Board member of Lokotech AS and primary insider of Lokotech Group AS, has today exercised 39,451 warrants. Following the delivery of shares from exercising warrants, Wiktor Miesok, together with related parties, directly and indirectly holds a total of 598,449 shares.
