The Company assesses that it conducts activities worthy of protection in accordance with the Act (2023:560) on the Review of Foreign Direct Investments (the "FDI Act"). In accordance with the FDI Act, the Company must inform prospective investors that the Company's operations may fall within the scope of the regulation and that the investment may be notifiable.
