Today, November 12, 2024, is the last day of trading with the warrants of series TO6 in Lumito AB (publ) (“Lumito” or the “Company”). The exercise period for the warrants runs up to and including November 15, 2024. Each warrant of series TO6 gives the owner the right to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company for a subscription price of SEK 0.39 per share.
