Magnolia Bostad AB (publ) (the “Company” or “Magnolia Bostad”) issued on 11 February 2025 senior unsecured bonds of SEK 825,000,000 (ISIN SE0023848072) (the “Bonds”).
Under the terms and conditions of the Bonds, Magnolia Bostad has undertaken to apply for admission to trading of the Bonds, in a total amount of SEK 825,000,000, at Nasdaq Stockholm’s list for corporate bonds. For the purpose of the admission to trading, the Company has prepared a listing prospectus which has today been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The prospectus will be available on the Company’s website www.magnoliabostad.se and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website www.fi.se. The application for admission to trading will be submitted and the first day of trading in the Bonds at Nasdaq Stockholm’s list for corporate bonds is expected to be on or about 9 January 2026.
