Stockholm, Sweden (February 15, 2024) – Maximum Entertainment (Nasdaq: MAXENT B) Net Sales for the quarter amounted to MSEK 393.9 and MSEK 1,146 for the full year 2023. EBITDA before balance sheet adjustments to Earn-outs for the quarter amounted to MSEK 61.2 and MSEK 131.6 for the full year 2023, an increase of 41% year on year. Gross margin as a percentage of Net Sales for the full year amounted to 31.5%, up from 27.9% in 2022.

SUMMARY OCTOBER – DECEMBER 2023

  • Net Sales for the quarter amounted to MSEK 393.9 (MSEK 412.6 in Q4 2022) and MSEK 1,146 for the full year 2023 (MSEK 1,138 in 2022)
  • EBITDA from operations for the quarter amounted to MSEK 61.2 (MSEK 31.6 in Q4 2022) and MSEK 131.6 for the full year 2023 (MSEK 93.4 in 2022)
  • EBITDA for the quarter amounted to MSEK 40.4 (MSEK 33.0 in Q4 2022) and MSEK 214.3 for the full year 2023 (MSEK 94.8 in 2022)
  • Operational EBIT for the quarter amounted to MSEK 41.5 (MSEK 22.8 in Q4 2022) and MSEK 77.1 for the full year 2023 (MSEK 68.5 in 2022)
  • EBIT for the quarter amounted to MSEK -7.7 (MSEK -27.2 in Q4 2022) and MSEK -80.1 for the full year 2023 (MSEK -61.7 in 2022)
  • Cash flow from operating activities before the change in working capital for the quarter amounted to MSEK 11.3 (MSEK -8.6 in Q4 2022) and MSEK 13.1 for the full year 2023 (MSEK 39.7 in 2022)
