The Group came into existence through the reverse acquisition of Medicortex Finland Oyj on 29 June 2026 and did not exist during 2025 — comparative figures are therefore entirely unavailable. The profit for the period also includes a one-off income item with no cash flow effect of SEK 11,472 thousand. See the section "How to read this report" on page 4 of the attached report.

PARENT COMPANY

  • Net sales for the period amounted to SEK 57 thousand (60), a decrease of approximately 4%.
  • Operating profit/(loss) for the period amounted to SEK -1,300 thousand (-583).
  • Profit/(loss) for the period amounted to SEK -3,299 thousand (-497).
  • The equity/assets ratio was approximately 98% (86).
  • Cash flow from operating activities for the period amounted to SEK -1,477 thousand (-581).
  • Earnings per share SEK -0.14 (-0.23).

THE GROUP

  • Net sales for the period amounted to SEK 0 thousand.
  • Operating profit/(loss) for the period amounted to SEK 9,734 thousand, of which SEK 11,472 thousand relates to a one-off income item with no cash flow effect.

  • Profit/(loss) for the period amounted to SEK -3,965 thousand (-1,209).
  • The equity/assets ratio was approximately 98% (86).
  • Cash flow from operating activities for the period amounted to SEK -1,444 thousand (-1,098).
  • Earnings per share SEK -0.17 (-0.55).

THE GROUP

  • Net sales for the period amounted to SEK 0 thousand.
  • Operating profit/(loss) for the period amounted to SEK 9,448 thousand, of which SEK 11,472 thousand relates to a one-off income item with no cash flow effect.
  • Profit/(loss) for the period attributable to the Parent Company's shareholders amounted to SEK 9,298 thousand (see above).
  • The equity/assets ratio was approximately 65%.
  • Cash flow from operating activities for the period amounted to SEK -498 thousand.

Significant events during the period April–June

June

  • Conditional approval from NGM: On 18 June 2026, Nordic Growth Market NGM AB granted conditional approval for the Company's continued listing following the new listing review prompted by the business combination with Medicortex Finland Oyj. The approval was conditional on the acquisition being completed and on no significant new information emerging that would affect the Company's ability to meet the listing requirements.
  • Acquisition completed: On 29 June 2026, the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) registered the directed set-off issue of 19,910,159 class B shares to the sellers of Medicortex. This completed the acquisition of 89.9 percent of the shares in Medicortex Finland Oyj (the completion date).
  • All conditions fulfilled, name change and new CEO: On 30 June 2026, all conditions in NGM's approval were fulfilled. The Company changed its name to Medicortex International AB (publ) and Dr Adrian Harel took office as CEO of the combined Group. An Information Memorandum regarding the Group was published the same day.

Significant events after the end of the period

July

  • New ticker and observation status removed: As of 1 July 2026, the share is traded under the new ticker MEDFIN B (formerly NOSIUM B); the ISIN code SE0023112065 is unchanged. On the same day, NGM decided to remove the observation status the Company had held since June 2025.
