Medicover’s annual report, including sustainability report for 2025, has been published today and is now available on the company’s website medicover.com.
Highlights from 2025:
- Both divisions, Healthcare Services and Diagnostic Services, performed strongly and contributed to organic revenue growth of 12.7 per cent, with solid development across all key markets. Total revenue amounted to EUR 2,378.1 million.
- The three-year financial targets were achieved by increasing organic revenue to EUR 2.3 billion, with an adjusted organic EBITDA of EUR 369 million, with leverage within the target range.
- CityFit and local operations from SYNLAB were acquired and successfully integrated. These two acquisitions represent Medicover’s largest acquisitions ever.
- Medicover’s climate targets were validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).
