Roosgruppen increases its holding in Modelon AB to more than 10%

Modelon has received information that Roosgruppen now controls a total of 1 354 922 shares in Modelon corresponding to 12.3% of the number of shares and 8.2% of the votes in the company (12.0% of the shares after full dilution).
Roosgruppen AB has held an important position in Modelon since 2019 and has since the IPO and trading start on Nasdaq First North Growth Market increased its holding in the Company to more than 10%. Roosgruppen is an investment company with a long-term perspective in upcoming technology companies. They joined as one of two large investors in the pre-IPO round mid-2019 and has since then been an important long-term and active owner in the company.
The total number of shares in Modelon amounts to 11 016 471, and 24 572 955 votes (11 272 971 shares and 24 829 455 votes after full dilution).
