Initially we will cover a few hundred of the most interesting companies in Sweden but over time we will expand our universe, potentially to the entire Nordics. Since the data will be offered in the existing Holdings platform, we can offer an overview of portfolios consisting of both listed and unlisted holdings. Furthermore, it will be easy to analyze underlying owners whenever an unlisted company is a shareholder in a listed company. The combination of ownership data for both listed and unlisted companies allows us to offer a unique dataset that will lead to increased transparency and new deals.

By launching this new data as an integrated process within Modular Finance existing structure we instantly reach the highest possible level in terms of data quality updating frequency.

Launching ownership data also for unlisted companies feels like a natural step for us and I am very content with the user experience in our internal beta testing which has been carried out in the last months.
