  • 1Q25 Interim Report (1–3/2025): 25 April 2025
  • 1H25 Half-year Financial Report (1–6/2025): 22 August 2025
  • 3Q25 Interim Report (1–9/2025): 24 October 2025

The Financial Statements Bulletin, Half-year Financial Report and Q1/Q3 Interim Reports will be published at approximately 1:00 PM Finnish time on the said dates.

Report by the Board of Directors and Financial Statements 2024
The report of the Board of Directors and the financial statements for the financial year 2024 will be published on the company's website at https://modulight.com/reports-presentations/ on 14 March 2025.

Annual General Meeting 2025
