Over the weekend of 9–10 May, the customer’s production environment was migrated from Neovici’s managed hosting environment to the customer’s own hosting environment in a comprehensive migration carried out in live production without any disruption to ongoing operations. Users are now working in the new environment and the project has entered a six-week hypercare period focusing on stability, monitoring and quality assurance following the go-live.

Upon completion of the hypercare period, which is scheduled to run until 21 June 2026, the next payment relating to the project will be made in accordance with the terms of the agreement. The payment amounts to SEK 20 million.

In parallel with the completed migration, the customer has indicated that, as part of a long-term review of its future system landscape, it intends to introduce alternative solutions and, over time, replace parts of the current Cosmoz-related workflows and support services.

Based on the information Neovici has received from the customer to date, this does not affect the ongoing delivery, the hypercare period or existing contractual obligations as of the date of this announcement. The customer has further stated that the support agreement will continue to run in accordance with the current terms and conditions
