At the extraordinary general meeting of Neovici Holding AB held on 30th January, 2026, the meeting resolved, in accordance with the board’s proposal, to appoint Johan Kaijser as the new auditor for the period until the end of the next annual general meeting. Auditor fees will be paid in accordance with approved invoices. The current auditor will step down from their assignment.
