Neovici Holding AB (publ) has resolved to postpone the Annual General Meeting, which was previously intended to be held on May 21st, 2025. The new date for the Annual General Meeting will be June 19th, 2025.
The annual report for the financial year 2024 will be made available on the company's website no later than three weeks before the Annual General Meeting.
