Neovici Holding AB Postpones the Publication of the Annual Report

The publication of Neovici Holding AB's annual report for the financial year 2024 has been postponed. The annual report is now expected to be published on Neovici's website around June 16th. The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place as scheduled on June 30th. However, the meeting will be adjourned to a date falling three weeks after the publication of the annual report in order to comply with proper legal requirements.
Erik Nerpin, Chairman of the Board, comments:
"The accounts are relatively complicated and we need more time to complete the annual report and the completion of the audit. There is no drama in this and we do not expect any significant deviations from the previously published year-end report."
