Stockholm, 27 June 2025, Neovici AB has signed a 5-year agreement with one of Sweden’s largest industrial companies to automate accounts payable operations. The deal spans 29 countries, covers millions of invoices, and is valued at SEK 27–35 million over the full term.

Rollout begins in September 2025, with Neovici’s AI platform Cosmoz driving intelligent invoice handling and order matching, while orchestrating approval flows across a complex, multi-entity global operation.

“This is where it gets exciting,” says Jan Berggren, CEO of Neovici Holding AB (publ). “By minimizing manual effort and empowering teams to focus on decisions that matter most, we unlock hidden value. Cosmoz isn’t just about finance - it’s about transforming how business gets done.”

The agreement marks a major milestone in Neovici’s international expansion. Cosmoz will take on the operational workload, freeing internal teams and increasing control and enabling faster execution, stronger compliance, and greater scalability.

“This initiative reflects Neovici’s core vision: using Cosmoz AI not just to cut costs, but to drive strategy — delivering measurable results in complex, high-volume finance environments, Berggren concludes”
