The composition of the Nomination Committee ahead of the company’s Annual General Meeting 2024 has changed after a represented shareholder chose to step down from the position. The date for the Annual General Meeting has been set for May 7, 2024.
As a result of a notification from Cobia Capital Funds that Jeffrey Meyers is stepping down prematurely from the Nomination Committee, Peter Sjögren, appointed by Edgar Sesemann, has taken on the role as a new member of the Nomination Committee.
After the change, the Nomination Committee consists of:
- Stina Barchan, appointed by Briban Invest AB
- Jesper Bergström, appointed by Handelsbanken Fonder
- Peter Sjögren, appointed by Edgar Sesemann
- Gunilla Fransson, Chair of the Board
Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee can do this by e-mail to valberedningen@netinsight.net or by letter to Nomination Committee, Net Insight AB, Box 1200, SE-171 23 Solna, Sweden, no later than February 1, 2024.
