Netel acquires Elcenter i Söderköping Aktiebolag with a focus on maintenance and installation

Netel Holding AB's (publ) ("Netel") Swedish operations have signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Elcenter i Söderköping Aktiebolag ("Elcenter"). Through the acquisition, Netel's offering is further strengthened in various services within power, including road lighting, solar cells and charging infrastructure. In 2020/2021 (broken financial year), Elcenter had sales of approximately SEK 30 million with good profitability.
