“During my time as Chairperson of Netel, the company has evolved significantly by expanding its business into new segments and new countries. The time is right for me to hand the role over to the next generation,” says Hans Peterson, Chairperson of Netel Board of Directors.

The Nomination Committee of Netel comprises representatives of four of the company’s largest shareholders and the Chairperson of the Board, Hans Petersson. The members representing the shareholders are Alireza Etemad (IK Partners), Celia Grip (Swedbank Robur Fonder), Andreas Berdal Lorentzen (Delphi Fondsforvaltning) and Peter Magnusson (Cicero Fonder).

The Nomination Committee’s complete proposals will be announced in due time before the Annual General Meeting 2024.
