Newsec has acted as advisor to Harmerica Properties and initiated the execution of the first transaction at Stureplan in Stockholm since 2006. The transaction, conducted off-market on behalf of the buyer Harmerica, marks a significant event for the Stockholm real estate market.
The property, located at Stureplan 15, comprises approximately 1,700 square meters of office and retail space.

The buyer, Harmerica Properties, is owned by Caspar Callerström and Harry Klagsbrun, the seller is Gamla Livförsäkringsaktiebolaget SEB Trygg Liv (publ), which has owned the property since 1997.
