Newsec Property Asset Management will assist Storebrand Real Estate in managing a real estate portfolio consisting of approximately 400,000 square meters
The Storebrand Group is recognized as one of the world's top ten percent most sustainable listed companies. All real estate portfolios have achieved five GRESB stars, indicating that they rank among the top 20 in the world in terms of sustainability. Newsec will now contribute, alongside Storebrand's own organization, to further work on sustainability in operational services.
"Storebrand Real Estate has taken stronger control of technical management but will still be dependent on good partners. We believe that Newsec demonstrates a good understanding of the task and supports this with both experience and expertise. Additionally, we have already established good chemistry. The agreement comes into effect on January 1, 2024, and primarily covers operational services and emergency preparedness. At the same time, Storebrand Real Estate will have access to assistance with fire, energy, and other advisory services.
