Niam Real Estate has divested the logistics property Barnarps Kråkebo 1:49 in Jönköping, Sweden, to the listed company Catena. The property comprises approximately 112,000 square meters of leasable area and is fully leased to Elgiganten on a long lease term.

The transaction will be completed on 1 September 2025.
