Nightingale Health Plc’s Annual Report for financial year 1 July 2024–30 June 2025 has been published. The publication includes the Board of Directors' Report, the Consolidated and Parent Company Financial Statements, the Corporate Governance Statement, and the Remuneration Report.

Nightingale Health Plc publishes the financial statements also in XHTML format in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements in the consolidated financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. Notes to financial statements have been labelled with XBRL block tags. The audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Nightingale Health’s ESEF Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 (Revised).
