AQUADOR 400 HT NOMINATED FOR THE BEST OF BOATS AWARD

Nimbus Group AB's boat Aquador 400 HT has been nominated for the prestigious European award Best of Boats in the category 'Best for Family 2025.' Behind the award are boat journalists from a large number of European countries, and in terms of participating countries, newspapers, and boat tests, it is Europe’s largest boat award.
The award is given out in a total of seven categories, and the final winners will be announced at a special event in Berlin in November. To determine the winners, extensive testing and trials of the boats are conducted, with a particular focus on the needs of users. The category 'Best for Family' according to the jury is about 'what a boat suitable for a family should be like,' mentioning things such as 'sufficient space for all generations on board,' 'safety features for children,' and facilities and comforts that facilitate longer stays on board.
The Aquador 400 HT has a total length of just over 12 meters and a width of nearly four meters, making it the brand's largest boat to date. With its three cabins offering a total of eight berths and a separate shower area, it provides all the space and comfort needed to ensure high comfort for the whole family even during longer stays. The boat can be equipped with inboard or outboard engines.

The nomination is also further proof of Nimbus Group's ability to design and develop attractive premium boats across different categories," says Johan Inden, CEO of Nimbus Group.
The Aquador 400 HT was premiered at the international boat show in Düsseldorf in January this year and is the last boat in the series of three completely new boat models from Aquador that started being launched in 2023. The new series of boats has marked the largest product renewal for the Aquador brand in over 20 years.
The new boats from Aquador have received a lot of attention and have already obtained several awards. In 2024, Aquador 300HT received a silver medal in the 'Sportscruisers' category for boats up to 45 feet at the international boat show Boot Düsseldorf, and the Aquador 400 HT was earlier this year awarded the Show’s Cabin Cruiser at the international boat show in Helsinki, Vene 25. The 400 HT has also been nominated for Boat of the Year in Norway.
Aquador is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. The brand has a strong position in the Nordic region, but Nimbus Group has begun to introduce Aquador's boats in selected markets in other parts of Europe as well as in North America.
