NIMBUS GROUP FINALIZES DIVESTMENT OF REAL ESTATE AT A VALUE OF MSEK 100

Nimbus Group AB (publ) has finalized the divestment of the company’s production facility in Lugnås, outside Mariestad, in accordance with the previously communicated letter of intent, LOI. As previously communicated, the purchase price amounts to MSEK 100, with the usual deduction for deferred tax, and planned investments totaling MSEK 15. The buyer is Råbäcks Egendom AB which is owned by the Hemberg family through the company EHF AB. In conjunction with the divestment, Nimbus Group has signed a 15-year lease contract to secure continued production at the facility.
As part of the agreement, EHF AB will invest MSEK 15 in a rebuild that increases the facility's capacity both in terms of the size of the boats that can be built and the total production volume. Renovation of the facility in Lugnås is expected to begin in early September.
EHF AB is a real estate group that builds, develops and manages real estate holdings in Sweden.

Through the divestment, Nimbus Group will free up capital that will be invested in the company's continued expansion, including an increased investment in the strategically important Nort American market. The company recently announced the hiring of Justin Joyner as new head of Nimbus Group’s North American operations. Joyner has a very extensive experience from the boating business in North America including many years as PowerBoat Manager for Beneteau in North America.
- To grow the business through both a broadening of the offering and a geographical expansion is a prioritized strategic target for the Nimbus Group.
