The Board of Directors of NoHo Partners Plc has resolved on the second earning period of the performance share plan for the company’s key employees

The Board of Directors of Noho Partners Plc has resolved on the second earning period of the long-term performance share plan for the key employees of the company. The second earning period is 24 months, starting on 1 January 2026, and ending on 31 December 2027.

After the second earning period, a maximum of 137,500 NoHo Partners Plc’s shares can be paid as reward based on achieving the key business growth targets set by the Board of Directors. The earning criteria for the second earning period are based on the company’s profitability and the turnover growth in Finnish business.

The reward earned for the second earning period will be paid to the key employees after the end of the earning period, during the first half of year 2028. The payment of the reward is subject to the condition that the key employee’s employment or service relationship has not been terminated or cancelled by such key employee or by the company prior to the payment of the reward. The incentive plan will cover 10 people in the first earning period.
