Nord Insuretech Group AB (“Nord Insuretech” or the “Company”) today announces that MNK Group has exercised all 10,000,000 warrants issued in connection with the directed share issue carried out in September 2025. As a result of the exercise, the Company receives proceeds of SEK 5,000,000 and the number of shares in the Company increases by 10,000,000.
The warrants were issued free of charge to MNK Group as part of the agreement relating to the directed share issue of approximately SEK 15.7 million completed on 26 September 2025. Each warrant entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) new share in the Company at a subscription price of SEK 0.50 per share.

Change in number of shares and votes
As a result of the exercise of the warrants, the number of shares increases by 10,000,000, from 359,612,199 to 369,612,199 shares. The exercise corresponds to a dilution of approximately 2.7 per cent of the total number of shares and votes in the Company.
