Nordic Iron Ore AB has appointed Ulf Kasshag as the company’s new CFO. Ulf Kasshag, born 1959, has extensive experience of controlling, accounting, reporting and finance, and has had the role as CFO at several fast-growing international companies, most recently at Findity AB. He will be responsible for building Nordic Iron Ore’s finance function, including recruitment, and to ensure implementation of necessary routines and processes that facilitate controlling now that the organization will be scaled up.

Ulf Kasshag will begin in the role as CFO of Nordic Iron Ore on March 1, 2024.

About Nordic Iron Ore
Nordic Iron Ore AB is a mining company with the goal of resuming and developing iron ore mining in the Ludvika area. The company has all the necessary permits in place for the initial project at Blötberget and will be able to produce an ultra high-grade iron ore concentrate suitable for the production of fossil-free steel. The company is also evaluating the possibility of extracting a bi-product concentrate with high levels of phosphorus and rare earth elements.
