PEB Holding AS, a company controlled by Pål E. Bratlie, CEO in Wavetrain Systems AS which is a subsidiary of Nordic Technology Group AS (“NTG”) has acquired 50,000 shares at an average price of NOK 1.21 per share. After the acquisition, PEB Holding AS owns 50,000 shares in Nordic Technology Group AS.
