Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement 8 December 2025 regarding the notice of the annual general meeting in Nordic Technology Group AS (the "Company").
The general meeting was held 22 December 2025 and all resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors, as set out in the notice, were unanimously approved. The minutes from the meeting are available on the Company's website.
