Bolagets tjänster delas in i olika segment som berör tömningstjänster, högtrycksspolning och tjänster inom rörteknik. Bolaget bedriver sin verksamhet i Skandinavien och Europa. Kunderna återfinns huvudsakligen bland statliga aktörer, kommuner samt bland större företagskunder. Norva24s äldsta filial grundades under 1919. Bolaget har sitt huvudkontor i Stryn.
