Falks Markentreprenad performs various types of groundwork with a focus on foundation work, water and sewage work and infrastructure projects in the Västra Götaland region. For the 2024 financial year, net sales amounted to approximately SEK 120 million with good profitability. The company works primarily with regional construction companies as well as the state and municipalities.

The previous owners of Falks Markentreprenad, Morgan Falk, Head of Calculation and Production, and Tommy Larsson, CEO, will continue in their current roles.

Falks Markentreprenad will be included in Novedo's segment Infrastructure and is intended to be consolidated into Novedo during Q2 2025.
