Novedo appoints Jonas Söderkvist as new CFO

Novedo Holding AB (publ) ("Novedo") has appointed Jonas Söderkvist today as the new CFO and member of the Group Management. Jonas will take on his role in the third quarter of 2024 and replace Lars Kvarnsund, interim CFO since December 2023.

Novedo has today appointed Jonas Söderkvist as the new CFO and member of Group Management. Jonas, who holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Economics from the University of Gothenburg and a Master of Science in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering from Linköping University, has many years of relevant professional experience, including as CFO of Envirotainer Group and Ramirent Group. In addition, Jonas has been CEO of Ramirent's Swedish and Danish operations and Investment Manager at Nordstjernan.

Jonas has broad industrial experience, and in addition, he possesses solid expertise, both in terms of company acquisitions and from listed companies. Jonas will take on his role in the third quarter of 2024 and replace Lars Kvarnsund, who has been interim CFO since December 2023.
