NRC Group ASA - Extension of light rail contract in Finland - EUR 6.5 million

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement dated 19 May 2026 regarding the appointment of NRC Group Finland, a company wholly owned by NRC Group ASA ("NRC"), and GRK Finland as construction parties for the first phase of the Turku tramway project.
Turku Tramway Ltd and the City of Turku have approved a scope change under the alliance agreement for the first phase. The scope change comprises archaeological excavations and conservation works, and the total value is EUR 14 million, of which NRC's estimated share is EUR 6.5 million.
