Nyfosa has acquired a portfolio consisting of eight properties with warehouse and light industry located in Kalmar. The acquisition price amounts to MSEK 340, before deduction for deferred tax of MSEK 20. The seller is Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB.
The properties comprise a total area of approximately 36 thousand square meters, of which the majority (96 percent) consists of light industry/warehouse and the remaining part of office premises. The occupancy rate is 99.5 percent and the total average remaining contract period amounts to 2.3 years. The largest tenants are Prestando Kalmar, Halltorp Rördelar and Kalmar Municipality. The annual rental value amounts to approximately MSEK 25.7. Closing is planned for August 29, 2022.
