Reclassification of OEM International A shares

During February, OEM International AB, at the request of shareholders, has reclassified 598,000 A shares to the corresponding number of B shares in the company.
After the reclassification, the number of A shares amounts to 27,864,176 and the number of B shares amounts to 111,151,678.
