OODA AI AB (publ) was one of five selected companies to participate in Outlier Ventures’ “Post Web Base Camp Demo Day”, an event showcasing leading projects at the intersection of AI, privacy and Web3. The presentation highlighted OODA AI’s progress over the past year, including enterprise implementations, technology development, and the company’s continued preparations for its decentralized infrastructure roadmap planned for 2026.
The event was part of the Outlier Ventures AI and Web3 Accelerator Program. Outlier Ventures is also an investor in OODA AI, supporting the company’s growth and decentralized AI roadmap. Outlier Ventures is one of the world’s leading Web3 and AI accelerator programs, having supported more than 300 startups including Filecoin, Boson Protocol, Ocean Protocol, and Biconomy. Through this collaboration, OODA AI benefits from access to Outlier’s global network and expertise in decentralized infrastructure and emerging technologies.
During the Demo Day, OODA AI shared its vision for Universal AI, enabling confidential and verifiable AI computing for enterprises and individuals. The company outlined progress across confidential AI infrastructure, enterprise adoption, and ecosystem development.
A key topic of the presentation was OODA AI’s plan toward a future launch on Base, the blockchain platform developed by Coinbase. As part of its ongoing development roadmap, OODA AI is building its minimum viable product (MVP) for confidential and decentralized AI inference on Base Sepolia, the testnet environment for Base.

Live deployments across banking, insurance, and healthcare, including HMM Deutschland and Relief AI showcased.
Funding and Partnerships:
Over the past year, OODA AI has secured circa 14 million euros in funding and expanded its Web3 and AI infrastructure partnerships.
