The rapid order intake represents an important accomplishment in the continued expansion of OptiCept’s PEF technology within large-scale industrial potato processing. It demonstrates strong demand for high-capacity solutions and confirms the successful collaboration between FPS and OptiCept in delivering integrated processing lines. The OptiCept value of the order will, as communicated previously, not be determined until after the installation of the equipment is complete. The installation is scheduled to be done during the first quarter 2027.

By combining OPTICEPT® with FPS advanced processing solutions, customers can achieve significant improvements in production. The technology enables increased capacity, more uniform cutting quality, reduced energy consumption, lower raw material waste, and a higher share of saleable product.
