Reference is made to an announcement made by Origo hf., reg. no. 530292-2079, Borgartun 37, 105 Reykjavik (“Origo” or the “Company”) on 26 March 2023, where Origo submitted a general offer to shareholders of the Company concerning the purchase of up to 25,000 shares from each shareholder.
The offer price was ISK 87 per share, free of encumbrances and liens. The offer price reflected the price that was offered in the voluntary offer of AU 22 ehf., adjusted for the dividend payment of ISK 2,000,000,000 that was decided at the annual general meeting of the Company held on 21 March 2023.
The offer period expired at 17:00 on 11 April 2023. 34 shareholders accepted the offer and consent was received for a total of 397,522 shares. Payment to shareholders who accepted the offer and delivery of the shares will take place on 18 April 2023.
Following the conclusion of the general offer, Origo will hold 2,423,817 own shares.
