We are pleased to confirm that, following our earlier stock exchange announcements regarding the initial public offering (“IPO”) of Orkla India Limited (“Orkla India”), Orkla India has successfully obtained final listing and trading approvals. The equity shares of the Company, each with a face value of INR 1 (the “Equity Shares”) commenced trading on BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (“Indian Stock Exchanges”) on 6 November 2025.

In connection with the IPO, Orkla Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd., an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Orkla ASA has sold 20,560,768 Equity Shares (15.0% of the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of Orkla India) at the cap price of INR 730 (approximately NOK 84) per Equity Share. The net proceeds after tax and transaction costs are estimated to be approximately NOK 1.5 billion. Orkla retains an ownership interest of 75.0% in Orkla India.
