ORTELIUS International AB (publ) (“ORTELIUS”) (Nasdaq First North Growth Market: ORTIN), today announced the appointment of Herman Weberg as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Group Management Team. Michael Johansson has stepped down from the role, and Weberg assumes the position effective immediately.

Herman Weberg has served as Senior Advisor to ORTELIUS over the past five months and now takes on the role of Chief Financial Officer. Herman Weberg brings experience from the financial services and audit industry, having worked for more than a decade as an Authorized Public Accountant at EY, followed by several senior financial leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Interim Group CFO at Insuro Technologies. Herman Weberg holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Lund University.
