Ortelius International AB (publ) cancels Extraordinary General Meeting

The Board of Directors of Ortelius International AB (publ) ("Ortelius" or the "Company") has resolved to cancel the Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM") scheduled to be held on Monday, 19 October 2026.

On 17 September 2026, the Company published a notice convening the EGM to resolve on, among other things, the Board of Directors' proposals to amend the Articles of Association and to carry out a reverse share split. The Board of Directors has resolved to withdraw these proposals. As a result, there are no longer any grounds for holding the EGM.

No action is required from shareholders as a result of the cancellation.
