As a result of the completed rights issue in Ovzon AB (publ), the number of shares and votes in Ovzon AB (publ) has changed.
Through the preferential rights issue, which was announced on 20 October 2023 and registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Sw. Bolagsverket) on 15 December 2023, the number of shares has increased by 55,765,258 common shares. The number of votes has increased by the corresponding amount. As of 29 December 2023, the total number of shares amounts to 111,530,516 and the total number of votes amounts to 111,530,516.
